As my students create, organize, and update their blogs, I have discovered a wealth of previously untapped talent among my classes. As a result, each month I am encouraging all students to include independent posts beyond our class blogging assignments. This provides a unique opportunity for them to express themselves and explore their opinions through blogging. Then, at the end of each month, I will select a Post of the Month that I find particularly engaging, interesting, or unique.
